What am I signing up for?

This is an expression of interest in our upcoming delivery subscription. We’re learning which neighbourhoods and plans people are interested in. Joining the list does not activate a subscription or guarantee service availability.

How does the 10 km range work?

Each included delivery is planned to cover a trip of up to 10 km from pick-up to drop-off. We’ll confirm availability for your location and the final service terms before you subscribe.

Do I need to pay anything today?

No. There is no payment, card collection or automatic subscription when you join this list. The prices shown are the proposed monthly plan prices.

What happens after I register?

Your request is saved for the Kartpin team to review. We’ll contact you using the details you provide when we have an update about availability in your area and next steps.

Can I choose a different plan later?

Yes. Your selection helps us understand your needs; it isn’t a purchase or a commitment. You can return using the same email and update your interest before launch.

What about unused deliveries or trips beyond 10 km?

Rollover, additional deliveries, trip eligibility and any other charges will be confirmed in the final service terms before subscriptions open. Joining the interest list does not commit you to those terms.
